Why we built this site, what's here, and what's coming.
Slot games are usually shipped from the dark — a folder gets zipped, an email gets sent, a CDN URL comes back. Clients see the end result and none of the path that produced it.
We wanted the opposite.
What's here
This is SlotShop — the front of an independent studio that designs, animates, math-tunes, and ships HTML5 slot games for Stake Engine.
Two things live here:
- The public side — work, process, news, and a way to start a project.
- The client portal — private, per-project dashboards for clients to watch their builds in real time. Math iterations, design pivots, animation drops, to-do lists, reviewer feedback. Access is by invitation only.

- Case studies as titles clear publication review.
- Technical notes on building for Stake Engine — RGS edge cases, replay integrity, the small details that fail review.
- Math write-ups: how we target RTP, how we simulate, how we tune volatility without breaking max-win.
